1. About KickIQ

KickIQ is an independent informational and entertainment platform that provides AI-assisted match analysis reports for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. KickIQ is not affiliated with FIFA, any national football association, or any sports advisory or commercial transaction service.

2. Nature of Content

All content on KickIQ, including but not limited to match analysis reports, win probability models, team form assessments, tactical breakdowns, and player reports, is produced for informational and entertainment purposes only.

KickIQ is not a sports advisory or recommendation service. We do not provide performance advisory, commercial advice, or any form of transaction recommendation. Our win probability models are statistical tools based on publicly available data and do not represent guaranteed outcomes of any sporting event.

By using KickIQ, you acknowledge and agree that:

• (a) You are accessing informational content, not commercial advisory or transactional services.
• (b) KickIQ analyses do not guarantee any outcome of any sporting event.
• (c) You will not use KickIQ content for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to facilitating unauthorized activities.

3. User Accounts

To access KickIQ, you must sign in using a valid Google account. By signing in, you grant KickIQ permission to access your Google account email address for the purpose of creating and managing your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You must not share your account access with others.

4. Free and Paid Access

Free Access: Registered users receive access to three (3) pre-selected match analyses at no cost. No payment details are required for free access.

Full Access: Full tournament access is available for a one-time payment of $14.99 USD (or equivalent in the transaction currency). Full Access unlocks all match analysis content on the Platform through 19 July 2026 (the date of the 2026 FIFA World Cup Final).

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Paddle, which operates as our Merchant of Record. KickIQ does not collect, store, or process any payment card details or billing credentials. All transactions are governed by Paddle's own terms of service and privacy policies.

Full Access is granted immediately upon successful confirmation of payment from Paddle.

6. Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable once Full Access has been granted, given the immediately accessible and time-sensitive nature of the digital content. If you experience a technical issue with payment or access, please contact us at biswasbarnak001@gmail.com and we will work to resolve it promptly.

7. Access Period

Full Access to the Platform is valid from the date of purchase through 19 July 2026 (the 2026 FIFA World Cup Final). After this date, the Platform may be discontinued or modified without notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on KickIQ, including match analysis text, probability models, design elements, and branding, is the intellectual property of KickIQ. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or republish any content from the Platform without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

KickIQ provides content on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KickIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or reliance on any content published thereon.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
