Thank you for using KickIQ. As we provide digital sports analytics content, our refund rules are structured to reflect the immediately consumable nature of digital goods.

1. Nature of Digital Goods

All transactions on KickIQ represent the purchase of digital, immediately accessible sports analytical data. Given the digital and time-sensitive nature of the content (FIFA World Cup 2026 match analyses), all payments are final and non-refundable once Full Access has been granted and content has been accessed.

2. Technical Activation Failures

If you have purchased Full Access but have not been granted access due to a technical error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase at biswasbarnak001@gmail.com. If we verify that access was not successfully granted, we will issue a full refund.

3. Merchant of Record

Paddle operates as our Merchant of Record and handles all checkout processing, customer billing, and payment disputes. Customers can contact Paddle support directly for billing queries, receipt issues, or transaction troubleshooting.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

We reserve the right to contest any fraudulent chargebacks or dispute filings. In the event of a chargeback, the associated KickIQ account will be immediately suspended and access revoked.
