Usage data: We may collect basic analytics data about how you interact with the Platform (e.g., which pages you visit) to help us improve the service.

Payment data: We do not collect, store, or process payment card details. All payment information is handled directly by Paddle. Please refer to Paddle's Privacy Policy for information about how they process payment data. We only store Paddle transaction reference IDs.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your email address to:

• Create and maintain your KickIQ account
• Verify your subscription tier (free or full access)
• Send transactional emails related to your account (e.g., payment confirmation) - powered by Resend
• Send optional push notifications about upcoming matches (only if you opt in) - powered by OneSignal

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

3. Data Storage

Your account data is stored securely using Supabase, a GDPR-compliant database infrastructure provider. Data is stored on servers within the European Union or United States, depending on Supabase's infrastructure configuration at the time.

4. Third-Party Services

KickIQ uses the following third-party services which may process your data:

• Google OAuth - for sign-in authentication
• Supabase - for account and subscription data storage
• Paddle - for payment processing (no card data stored by KickIQ)
• Resend - for transactional email delivery
• OneSignal - for optional push notifications (only if you opt in)

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Withdraw consent for push notifications at any time
